CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Preparing and issuing tickets, travel documents and baggage tags.
These are "front line" positions where great customer service
skills are a critical part of the job.
OPERATIONS LOAD PLANNER
Working with others in the organization to prepare critical weight
and balance forms. Ensuring loads are evenly distributed throughout
the aircraft. Technical and analytical abilities are required.
AIRPORT SUPERVISOR
Managing people and a complex airline operation is the challenge facing
our Airport Supervisory staff. You'll be administering the policies
and procedures in place at Hallmark, and become intimately familiar
with the specific policies of our airline clientele.
BUSINESS MANAGER
Our Business Managers bring strong leadership skills and managerial
expertise to every aspect of an airport operation. You assist in the
development of the business as if it were your own, working closely
with our client airline to ensure goals are met or exceeded. You are
intimately familiar with governmental regulations, company policies
and budget preparation. You are highly organized and respond quickly
to the needs of your employees, our clients and our mutual customers.
